OnlyWheels ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you log in via Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID, username, first name, and profile photo. This is used to identify your account and display your profile in the dashboard.

Channel & Bot Data

When you connect a Telegram channel, we store the channel ID, title, and member information necessary to manage subscriptions and access control. We process messages sent to the bot for features like DM management, PPV delivery, and chatter workflows.

Payment Data

We record transaction amounts, payment methods (Stars, card, crypto), timestamps, and payer/payee identifiers. Card payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.

Vault Content

Media files you upload to the vault (images, videos) are stored on our servers to enable sales and delivery. Files are only accessible to you, your authorized chatters, and buyers.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage analytics including page views, feature usage, and session information to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service — manage subscriptions, process payments, deliver content, operate spin wheels, and enable chatter workflows
• Dashboard analytics — display revenue, subscriber counts, and performance metrics in your dashboard
• Subscription management — automatically add/remove users from VIP channels based on payment status
• Security — detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect accounts
• Improvements — analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix issues

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:

• Payment providers — transaction data is shared with payment processors (Telegram for Stars, card payment processors, blockchain networks for crypto) to complete transactions
• Your chatters — team members you invite can see DM conversations, vault content, and subscriber information relevant to their role
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and implement access controls to protect stored data. Database credentials and API keys are stored as environment variables, never in code.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and transaction history for as long as your account is active. Vault media is stored until you delete it. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the dashboard
• Delete your vault content at any time
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Cookies

The OnlyWheels dashboard uses session cookies for authentication (JWT tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Third-Party Services

OnlyWheels integrates with:

• Telegram Bot API — for bot functionality and channel management
• Payment processors — for card and Apple Pay transactions
• Blockchain networks — for USDT/crypto transactions

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the dashboard or Telegram. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
