OnlyWheels is a monetization platform for Telegram channel owners and content creators. We provide tools including spin wheels, VIP subscriptions, pay-per-view content, vault media sales, tipping, and team management (chatters) — all managed through a web dashboard and Telegram bot integration.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OnlyWheels. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You authenticate via Telegram to access OnlyWheels. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any actions taken through your OnlyWheels dashboard. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
You agree to use OnlyWheels only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, sell, or distribute through OnlyWheels, including vault media, PPV messages, and channel content. OnlyWheels does not review or endorse user content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
OnlyWheels facilitates payments through multiple methods including Telegram Stars, card payments (including Apple Pay), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transactions are processed through the respective payment providers. OnlyWheels takes a platform fee from each transaction. Specific fee structures are displayed in your dashboard.
Revenue earned through the platform is subject to a holding period before withdrawal. OnlyWheels reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.
When you configure VIP subscriptions, OnlyWheels automatically manages channel access for paying subscribers. Subscribers are added when they pay and removed when their subscription expires or payment fails. You are responsible for setting appropriate pricing and clearly communicating what subscribers receive.
You may invite team members ("chatters") to manage DMs, sell vault content, and handle customer interactions on your behalf. You are responsible for your chatters' actions. OnlyWheels provides tools to monitor chatter performance but is not liable for any actions they take.
Spin wheels are interactive engagement features. You are responsible for configuring prizes and ensuring your spin wheel complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any gambling or promotional regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may stop using OnlyWheels at any time. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and bot features will cease.
OnlyWheels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to OnlyWheels in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of OnlyWheels after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the dashboard or Telegram.
